Application
Irrigation Canal Lining
Cast-in-place concrete lining for irrigation canals and water-transfer channels.
Concrete lining reduces seepage loss, raises permissible flow velocity and cuts long-term maintenance on irrigation canals. Yuhua canal lining machines travel along the canal axis on a gantry and place, vibrate and finish the lining in a continuous pass.
Typical scope: new trapezoidal or U-shaped canal construction, re-lining of ageing channels, and lining of secondary and tertiary distribution networks.
Machine span, travel speed and lining thickness are configured to your canal cross-section and concrete mix. Lining thickness range is 60–200 mm; working widths cover 0.5–8 m.
